Soil Festivities - Movement III
Inspired by music and memory, a new phase is born.
One night, while listening to the homonymous piece by Vangelis, a revelation emerged: until then, the animal world had not occupied a conscious place in my work. From that intuition arose not only this piece, but also a new way of painting and experimenting, marked by a more open and exploratory expressive freedom.
The work focuses on the tense and symbolic moment of the hunt, introducing for the first time the animal figure—the horse—not merely as a visual representation, but as a conceptual foundation. From this point onward, the presence of the animal becomes a vehicle for narrative force and plastic transformation within my practice.
